Welcome in reservation system!

Here you can reserve all goods you have chosen in the catalogue. Please read Traiding Conditions which govern Delivery and Payment Terms, Ways of payment and Claims.

By each item in the Catalogue you can find two list boxes that show if the selected goods are produced and all produced colours of it. You can find here the button „Add to cart“ that adds the skate specified by list boxes to the „virtual cart“. If you want to continue in catalogue browsing you can click on the icon of any skates in your cart or on the button Catalogue in the menu bar. You can add more goods to your cart.

You can change number of pieces in your Cart (default number is 1). If you enter as a number of pieces zero (0) and confirm it by the button Update Cart, the skate will be removed from your cart. You can find by each number of pieces that are in storage.

If you want to confirm your reservation you have to Log on to the system, if you make your first reservation you have to Register first. After clicking on Reservation you will be forwarded to the form where you enter some basic data about you. Red highlighted items are required. Fill it with correct data please. After a successful registration you will logged on automatically.

After you are logged on you can come to reservation confirmation. The content of your cart will be transferred to the general order that you confirm. Your reservation will be checked immediately and if everything will be OK we accept it. The acceptation means that prices and responsible person for your order will be added. You will be notified about this acceptation by e-mail a will be asked to log on the reservation system to order confirmation a cancelling it. After logging on you find the list of all your orders. This list contains some basic data about all orders like number, stages (waiting for acceptation/accepted/waiting for customer confirmation/confirmed by customer/cancelled by customer/in dispatched process/dispatched) and data about the payment.

By confirmation you make a valid order of goods. If the ordered goods will be in our storage, it will be immediately sent to you. If it will be in storage just partly, your order will be split into more orders and each will be dispatched separately. You will be notified by e-mail about the whole process of dispatching. The price could be modified regarding the payment way chosen by you. If you will pay in advance your order can not be dispatched before receiving your payment.
